Q) Operating Hours
A. Our Warehouse operating from 8.30am -5pm Monday to Friday
Q) First Time Importer?
A. Importing process can confusing as there are lots of shipping term is used. We care and happy to assist importers to understand process and shipping term.
Q) How do I book a MAF/MPI Inspection
A. To book a MPI Inspection, pls simply email us with a copy of your BACC, there will be charges applicable for this service of which you will be advised by return email.
Q) How is GST is calculated?
A. Import GST of 15% will be applicable on the declared cargo value as per commercial invoice on the cost of shipping upon arrival to Auckland Port/Airport.
GST can be claimed back from your GST return if company is GST registered.
Q) What documents require when shipment arrives into New Zealand?
A. In order for your clearance process, bill of lading , commercial invoice and packing list are require. Sometime Original bill of lading is require for the cargo release in NZ, pls check with our team if require
